Returns
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the original invoice or receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@vicrugs.com. Provide your invoice or receipt number and a brief explanation of your reason for the return. We will guide you through the steps to process the return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You can expect the refund within 10 business days.
Please note, some products may incur a restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. However, if you are returning an item due to a defect, damage, or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We consider exchanges to be a return and subsequent re-purchase. Please follow the return process outlined above for exchanges.
Non-returnable items
Please note that items sold as-is or as display models are not eligible for returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
